This page covers what we collect on koaich.com (the marketing site you're reading now), which is separate from how we handle data inside the Koaich product. See /securityfor the product's architecture.
What we collect on this site
- Waitlist signups. The email address you give us, plus optional fields (what you do, company size, industry).
- Referrals. If you arrive via a referral link, we record which existing signup referred you so we can bump them up the queue.
- Analytics. Privacy-friendly pageview counts (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking).
- A/B variant cookie. One cookie (
koaich_hero) that records which headline variant you saw, so we can measure which one converts better. No tracking ID, no profile.
What we don't collect
- No third-party ad pixels.
- No cross-site tracking.
- No selling, sharing, or licensing of your contact info to anyone.
How we use your email
- One welcome email when you sign up.
- Occasional updates (at most monthly) about progress and the invite waves.
- An invitation email when your spot opens.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by emailing hello@koaich.com.

- Vercel — site hosting + edge functions.
- Supabase — waitlist database.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Cloudflare — DNS + DDoS protection.
Your rights
Email hello@koaich.com for access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist record. We process requests within 30 days.
